SIN No TITLE Date KEY Words
Search Tips:
Each field is searched separately with AND logically so although you can search for combinations of fields it is better to search on only one.

Any occurrence of the string you type in a field will be returned.

So, if you search for "261" in the SIN No. field, only SIN261 will be returned.

If you search for "26" in the SIN No. field you will find all SINs with "26" in the number i.e. 


	SIN261
	SIN262
	SIN263 
	etc
If you know all or part of the title enter that and leave the other fields blank e.g.
searching for "ISDN 2e and ISDN 30e" will return 
	SIN 261  BT ISDN 2e and ISDN 30e (ISDN30 (I.421) 
 		using full ETSI Call Control - Service  Description
However, searching for "ISDN" will return all SINs with ISDN in their title.

Because SIN titles are not always fully descriptive you can also search for KEY WORDS. All SINs are classified using one or more of the key words in the pull down list. So searching for a key word of "ISDN" will return all relevant SINs even if the term does not appear in the title.

One last caution. Do not enter strings which are too short or too common, e.g. avoid "BT" or "Service Description"
